Your data may be transferred to our principals and clients located outside the European Economic Area in the course of providing crew management services. Where such transfers occur, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
7. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or destruction. In the event of a personal data breach, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours as required by Article 33 of the GDPR.

When you apply for a position through Globtik Express Agency, we collect and process the following personal data for recruitment purposes:
