Founded in March 1989 by Capt. Lahor Magazinović, Globtik Express Agency d.o.o. was the first privately owned crew management company in Croatia — and among the first in the region following the transition to a market economy.
With over 36 years of experience, we process more than 4,400 Croatian officers annually, maintaining lasting partnerships with industry leaders including Wallem Shipmanagement and major international oil companies.
We hold ISO 9001 certification from Bureau Veritas, and were the first crew management company in the world to voluntarily certify compliance with MLC 2006 — the Maritime Labour Convention — demonstrating our unwavering commitment to seafarer welfare.
